terms of service:- It is mandatory to read through the TOS before odering. Please refer to the appropriate page.

timeframe:- I like to think that I'm pretty speedy when it comes to commissions. Generally, once I start working on your piece, which I mostly do immediately, if I do not have other obligations, it should be done within a week or two max!
- Please keep in mind, that I am a university student, so I might be more busy some times than others.
- If your commission will take longer, I will absolutely inform you.

custom accessories (feral character):> accessories of any kind . . . 15 - 55€
. . . this is for an already existing design of yours. i recommend this if you are interested in more intricate accessories for campaigns that allow for things such as armour, robes, clothes and capes, bags and baskets, weapons, metal jewelry, etc. More nature-themed accessories are possible as well.. . . i will happily discuss with you what is possible and you can take all the time you need to decide if you'd like to proceed.

. . . for this base price, the accessories will be drawn on a model "mannequin" base made by me.
. . . alternatively, you can order a fullbody from me (flat or shaded, refer to appropriate bulletpoint for extra cost) and i can design the accessories directly onto your character. i strongly reccomend this as it allows me to cater the accessories to your character's bodytype and uniqueness more closely.
. . . please credit me for the added accessories in the additional credits tab on toyhouse "accessories designed by grinya" and link me in the description when you upload the image of your character.

Terms of Service

legal requirements:
in order for me to write an invoice that is considered valid in my country, you must be comfortable with sharing your full legal name.If you are not comfortable with this, you CANNOT purchase art from me....general rules:
- Credit to me must always be displayed when you use my art work or designs.
- Do not claim my art or designs as your own.Payment
- Payment is received through paypal.
- Payment needs to occur as I accept your commission.
- Payment plans are possible, but please ensure you are going to have access to the decided amount in the timespan agreed upon. Generally reserved for people I am familiar with.Refunds
- You can only cancel your commission, if I haven't begun working on the piece or am still in the sketch phase. If I am further than that, it will need to be handled case-by-case.Resale
- you may resell designs you have purchased from me for equal or lower value.
- of course you add the value of additonal art acquired from myself or other sources on top of this.
- please notify me before reselling.

art-related rules:Editing
- I will make minor edits for free!Commercial Rights
- You may not use my art and designs for profit in any way.
- You may not use my art and designs in games, comics, books, videos or other mass media.
- You may not make charms, shirts, prints, business cards, post cards and other goods, with my art and designs unless they are for your personal use and NOT for profit.Creative Rights
- You may not make designs based off of mine. No twins, hypokits, hypoparents, siblings, relatives, etc.
- You may not base the accessories of other characters on accessories from my designs. "Uniforms" or "Group-wide Dresscodes" may not be created based on my accessories.
- You may not make NFTs with my art or designs.
- You may not make AI art with my art or designs.
- You may not use my art or designs as a template to educate AI.

additional notes:- For convenience, we could exchange discords. This way I can keep you updated on my progress and send you WIP shots.
- I have the right to post the commissioned art anywhere, unless specifically asked not to, as you place your order.
- I have the right to turn down your commission for any reason.
